In preparation for the triathlon in Hamburg on July 20 I plan to do
50 swim sessions, 50 bike trainings, and 50 runs.
As of today I am down to 45 more swim sessions, 50 bike trainings (spring is coming:)) are left, and 49 runs.
This morning I finsihed the 1500 m crawl in 37 min in a 50 m pool. That’s new personal world record:)
